Unil Opal has been ISO 9001 certified since 1994, which guarantees its customers consistently high-quality products and services as well as constant technical innovation. As such, the products meet the standards and specifications of all the major manufacturers and the requirements of international organisations (ACEA, API).
A strong environmental policy
Unil Opal, adopting a civic and responsible attitude, has been committed to a strong environmental policy for many years and has held ISO 14001 certification for all its factories since 1998. Each order is professionally routed with a constant concern for reducing environmental impact. All UNIL OPAL staff have been made aware of the importance of sustainable development and act to preserve the environment on a daily basis.
Concerned about the health and safety of its employees, the company obtained OHSAS certification in 2003. Staff are trained regularly, and every effort is made to reduce risks, in particular through the implementation of a prevention system.
